Terms of service

Effective date: August 29, 2026

1. Who we are and what we provide

Konaloo Inc. provides general financial education, informational website content, support, and access to a free online community. The initial service does not sell products, paid memberships, subscriptions, or digital downloads.

2. Education—not individualized advice or signals

Konaloo provides general financial education—not personalized investment advice or trade signals. Nothing on the website or in the community is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a security, commodity, derivative, currency, digital asset, or other financial product. Konaloo does not act as your broker, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, account manager, fiduciary, or trade-execution provider through this service.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating information, deciding whether it is relevant to you, and obtaining professional advice when appropriate. Do not rely on Konaloo content as a substitute for advice based on your circumstances. Trading and investing can result in substantial loss, including loss of principal.

4. Community conduct

Use the community respectfully and lawfully. Do not post unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, dangerous, or privacy-invasive material; impersonate Konaloo staff or another person; solicit credentials or money deceptively; present personal opinions as official Konaloo signals; or disrupt the service. Community Rules and Discord's applicable terms also govern community use. Konaloo may moderate or restrict access to protect members, the service, or legal rights.

5. User content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Konaloo only the limited permission reasonably needed to host, display, moderate, and administer that content within the community and support process. Do not submit material you lack the right to use. Public Discord posts may be visible to other members; do not post sensitive personal, payment, account, brokerage, or credential information.

6. Intellectual property

Konaloo's original branding, writing, graphics, educational materials, and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use them for personal, noncommercial learning unless Konaloo grants different permission. Do not copy, resell, misrepresent, or remove ownership notices.

7. Third-party services

Shopify hosts the website and Discord hosts the community. Their services, terms, availability, and privacy practices are separate from Konaloo. Konaloo does not control every feature, interruption, or data practice of an independent provider.

8. No guarantees

Konaloo does not guarantee profit, investment performance, availability, uninterrupted operation, accuracy of third-party information, or any particular learning or financial result. Educational examples can be incomplete, delayed, hypothetical, or affected by changing conditions.

9. Service changes and termination

Konaloo may update, suspend, or discontinue content or community access, and may restrict a user who violates these Terms or Community Rules. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or other reasonable notice. Paid-service cancellation terms do not apply because no paid service is offered at initial launch.

10. Warranty and liability boundary

The service is provided for general educational and informational use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any final governing-law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, or liability-cap clause remains a Founder business decision and may warrant professional legal judgment before adoption.

11. Privacy and contact

The Privacy Policy explains current information practices. General support is available through the verified Support page. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@konalooinc.com.
