Privacy policy

Effective date: August 29, 2026

1. Scope

This Policy covers the clean Konaloo Financial Education website, its support entry points, and Konaloo's administration of the free Konaloo Trading Community. It does not describe the separate Konaloo Pets business or future paid services that are not active.

2. Information involved

Depending on how you use the service, Konaloo and its providers may process:

  • contact and account information, such as name and email address;
  • information you choose to submit through support or a privacy request;
  • device, browser, network, security, and approximate-location information;
  • website activity, such as pages viewed, links used, referral information, and content interactions;
  • cookie, consent, and similar technical identifiers; and
  • community account, message, moderation, and participation information you provide to Discord.

Do not send passwords, MFA or verification codes, recovery codes, API keys, brokerage credentials, full payment-card details, or unnecessary identity documents to Konaloo support or through public community channels.

3. Uses

Information is used to provide and secure the website, accounts, support, and community journey; understand service use; improve education and customer experience; prevent fraud, scams, and abuse; respond to requests; comply with obligations; and establish or protect rights.

4. Providers and disclosures

Shopify hosts the website and processes storefront, account, security, device, visit, consent, and support-related information as applicable to enabled services. The clean store currently has one installed app, Shopify Messaging, and zero connected app or custom pixels. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled; Shopify may use customer data with other Shopify data for enhanced analytics, personalization, advertising, security, and other services under Shopify's terms. Shopify's Consumer Privacy Portal is available at https://privacy.shopify.com/.

Discord independently processes member, device, message, and community activity under its Terms and Privacy Policy. Public community content can be visible to members. Konaloo may retain minimized moderation or support evidence when reasonably necessary.

Konaloo may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or rights, during a legitimate business transaction, or at your direction. The current clean store has no third-party advertising pixels. Konaloo will update this Policy before enabling any materially different app, pixel, advertising, commerce, or paid-service data flow.

5. Cookies, consent, opt-out signals, and Network Intelligence

Shopify uses cookies and similar technologies for operation, security, analytics, personalization, and related services. Shopify's automated privacy policy setting is disabled, and this manually maintained Policy describes Konaloo's current verified launch configuration. Shopify currently reports that a cookie banner is not required for the regions in which this store is selling. A data-sharing opt-out page is active in California, Colorado, and 13 other states.

Where Shopify's supported controls apply, Shopify states that a Global Privacy Control signal or data-sharing opt-out marks activity so it is not used by Shopify Network Intelligence for advertising, and that supported non-essential-cookie choices restrict non-essential Network Intelligence use. Konaloo does not claim that one signal controls technology outside Shopify's supported framework. Ordinary browser Do Not Track signals may not produce the same result as GPC; this Policy describes the controls Konaloo can presently verify.

6. Retention

Konaloo keeps information only while reasonably needed for the stated purpose, service security, request handling, dispute resolution, or a verified legal/accounting preservation need. Operational defaults are:

  • active account information: while the account remains active, followed by deletion or de-identification after closure or sustained inactivity unless preservation is required;
  • support information: through resolution and a bounded quality/dispute period;
  • community information: ordinary content remains under Discord controls; Konaloo retains only minimized moderation/support evidence while needed;
  • analytics: the shortest provider setting that supports useful, privacy-respecting launch measurement, preferring aggregates;
  • privacy-request records: minimized status metadata for a bounded accountability period, without duplicating the underlying personal information; and
  • security or legal evidence: only for the verified incident, obligation, or hold period.

Konaloo reviews retention annually and whenever services, providers, laws, or purposes materially change. Exact provider retention can also be governed by provider settings and policies.

7. Your choices and requests

Konaloo supports requests for access, correction, deletion, opt-out, and privacy questions whether or not a specific privacy statute applies. Konaloo verifies identity proportionately and may preserve information needed for security, disputes, or a verified obligation.

To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, deletion, or an opt-out, email privacy@konalooinc.com. Please provide your name, the email associated with your relationship with Konaloo when appropriate, the type of request, and enough information for us to locate the relevant record. Do not send passwords, MFA or verification codes, API keys, brokerage credentials, full card information, or unnecessary identity documents.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and Konaloo does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.

9. Security and separation

Konaloo uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and information. No system is perfectly secure. Customer-facing website, support, and Discord systems are separated from KTE, TradingView execution, TradeStation, and brokerage credentials.

10. Changes

Konaloo will update this Policy when material practices change and will provide an updated effective date or other notice appropriate to the change.
