Refund policy

Konaloo's initial Financial Education launch offers general education and a free community only. It does not sell products, paid memberships, subscriptions, or digital downloads. There is currently no Konaloo Financial Education purchase, recurring charge, shipment, or paid service to refund or cancel.

Leaving the free Discord community or stopping use of the website does not create a charge. Discord account management remains subject to Discord's own controls and terms.

Konaloo will publish service-specific price, delivery, renewal, cancellation, return, refund, and mandatory consumer-right terms before activating Premium, Pro, subscriptions, digital products, physical products, or any other paid offer. Historical transactions, if any arise under a future service, will be governed by the terms that applied to that transaction and applicable law.
